RIVERFEST FINE ART SHOW

The Pride of the Fox RiverFest Fine Arts Show will raise its canopies along the east bank of St. Charles’ picturesque Fox River on Saturday and Sunday in the middle of the three-day citywide celebration.

Artists from across the Midwest and the country are always eager to display their newest creations in sculpture, paintings, photography and mixed media in St. Charles. Many of these artists are influenced by their deep cultural roots and international travel. These influences serve to give birth to original work that continually redefines itself. The result allows patrons to discover unique finds for their homes or offices in wood, ceramics, metal, and glass. Other patrons will discover their personal “finds” in adornments of fiber and jewelry.

Surrounded by upscale shopping and events for every member of the family, the RiverFest Fine Arts Show is a soothing walk amongst the sculpture and trees adjacent to the river. The Riverwalk is the principal pedestrian route from downtown St. Charles to Pottawatomie Park where RiverFest hosts its signature dragon boat races, juried craft show, water ski show, CanineCapers shows and business showcase.

A great way to begin a summer of fun and culture – where better to enjoy the beauty of original art and to be Huck Finn dipping his feet in the cool river?
